Code of Play
The Creed
Flute First
At least one Raider performs nonstop. Protect the melody at all costs; rotate the flute when safe.
No Loot, No Exceptions
Ignore drops. The only tools are your hammers and the anthem that keeps the squad in sync.
Hammer Discipline
Use hammers for defense and crowd control. Stay close to the flutist; bodyguard formations win.
Stay In Character
Announce swaps, call threats, and keep the vibe solemn but sharp. Style points come from harmony.
Quick Start
Join a Church Run
- Equip: Flute ready in inventory; hammer selected. Leave backpacks untouched.
- Designate: Assign the first flutist before drop. Call “switch” when stamina or safety demands.
- Form Up: Two hammers on point, one shadowing the flutist. Keep sight lines clear.
- Hold the Song: If the flutist falls, nearest member picks up the flute instantly—no breaks.
Roles
The Choir
The Flutist
Plays continuously, calls rhythm changes, and signals when swaps are needed. Never breaks character.
The Hammer
Bodyguards who clear crowds, interrupt threats, and create space for the melody to stay alive.
The Watch
Scouts for angles, pings targets, and marks safe lanes for retreat without touching loot.
Etiquette
Rules of Engagement
- Never open crates or gather drops. The song is the only buff.
- Communicate swaps and revives quickly; staggered silence is failure.
- Use emotes and short calls to keep the ritual visible to allies and rivals.
- Keep the soundtrack rolling between matches—warm up the flute before queue.
